These are the firmest, freshest ginger roots I've gotten from any online order—they snap cleanly and the aroma hits right away. I've already taken a couple of side shoots for cooking and the main rhizome is still holding up great in the fridge.

Finally getting around to planting the rhizome I received and was impressed by how firm and healthy the root segments looked. I can already see small buds forming after just a week in the ground.
