I’ve been using the dried leaves in a sachet near the kitchen window and the camphor-like scent really does keep the ants away. The bright yellow button flowers are a cheerful bonus in the garden.

The flowers are these cheery little yellow buttons that really do brighten up the border, and the ferny leaves give off that distinct camphor smell every time I brush past them. I’ve noticed way fewer flies buzzing around the patio since these went in, which makes the whole effort feel worth it.

Planted these near my kitchen door last spring and haven't seen a single ant since. The yellow button flowers are still blooming weeks later, and the whole plant has a strong, pleasant herbal smell.
