جزر خليط الإرث

The purple and yellow ones really popped in my salad last night, and they kept that color perfectly after a quick steam. Even my picky kid asked for seconds.

Roasted a batch last night and they kept every bit of their color on the plate, which made the whole dish look almost too pretty to eat. The sweetness really comes through when they're cooked, not just raw. Definitely the most fun I've had growing carrots in a while.

The color variety is stunning—I had purple and white carrots in my salad last night, and they held their color beautifully after roasting. Even my kids were excited to eat them.
