The white flesh is incredibly crisp and juicy—just perfect for fresh salads. I've been slicing it thin into stir-fries and the sweet, fruity flavor really shines without being overpowering. Great to find a red onion that keeps so well in storage.

Planted these late in the season and was worried they wouldn’t store well, but they’re still firm months later. The crisp white flesh made a fantastic addition to a salad, with that sweet fruity taste really coming through.

The sweet, fruity flavor in a stir-fry was a nice surprise. I’ve had three salads this week and the crisp white flesh stays juicy. Gonna be ordering these again for sure.
