Sowed them thickly in a shallow tray and within a week I had a dense little carpet ready to snip. They've been perfect tossed into stir-fries and salads, and the 50g bag gave me way more harvests than I expected.

I was surprised how much flavor these little shoots packed into salads — the 50g bag went a long way. They sprouted reliably in a simple soil tray and were ready to harvest at about 12cm tall in just over a week.

I've been tossing these into my stir-fries and they add a lovely fresh, crisp texture. The 50g bag was plenty for several harvests, and they grew quickly in a simple soil tray.
