ميزونا 'ريد أند لايم ستريكس'

I sowed these in a small patch and within two weeks had enough spicy microgreens to top every sandwich. That mustard tang really livens up an otherwise boring lunch salad.

The feathery lime and deep red leaves are gorgeous mixed together, and they really do have that distinct mustard bite that perks up a plain salad. I’m glad the description warned to sow frequently, because I’ve already gone through my first batch and need another round going.

I've been sowing these every two weeks and the spicy kick from the young leaves really livens up my salads. The feathery texture and two-tone colors make each harvest feel fresh.
