The cut-and-come-again method has kept my salads going for weeks, and that deep maroon color really pops against the green. Just wish the germination was a tad more consistent, but the velvety texture makes up for it.

I planted these as a decorative border and the color is stunning against the other greens. Even better, it regrows quickly after cutting for salads.

The deep maroon color of these seeds’ leaves is absolutely stunning in the garden, and I love that it’s a cut-and-come-again variety. Harvested my first batch right at 8 weeks, and it’s already regrowing beautifully.
