باذنجان 'Togo Striped'

Grilled a couple of these last night, and the rich, slightly bitter flavor was exactly what my dish needed. The striped fruit is so pretty on the vine, I almost didn't want to pick them.

The red and green stripes are so vivid on the fruit, they look almost too pretty to cook. Grilled a few slices last night and the rich, slightly bitter flavor was perfect with olive oil.

The red and green stripes on these eggplants are absolutely stunning once they ripen. We've been grilling slices with olive oil and the slightly bitter, rich flavor is perfect. Already planning to buy more seeds next season.
