باذنجان 'Casper'

The compact 40cm height is perfect for my patio pots, and the white skin looks almost luminescent in the evening light. Grilled a few last night and that sweet, smoky flavor was incredible for something so small. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a white eggplant.

I was a bit skeptical about a white eggplant, but the 'Casper' blew me away. Roasted a couple with olive oil and the sweet, smoky taste is incredible. Definitely a new favorite for my small garden.

The compact size is perfect for my patio—these plants stay neat at 40cm tall and are absolutely loaded with fruit. That sweet, smoky flavor when I grilled one completely changed my mind about eggplants. Already planning to grow twice as many next season.
