The stir-fry I made with these was incredible—so tender and sweet, nothing like the canned stuff. I love that you're supposed to pick them before the silks even show; it makes harvesting feel like a fun treasure hunt. Definitely buying more of these seeds next season.

I was surprised at how many cobs each plant produced—easily five or six before I had to harvest. The baby corn is incredibly tender and perfect for quick stir-fries. I'm already planning my next planting.
