فلفل 'كوادراتو دي أستي جيالو'

Grew three plants in big pots and the fruits were genuinely enormous, thick-walled enough that they didn’t collapse when stuffed. They held their yellow colour right to the end and the sweetness came through even in a quick stir-fry.

I’ve been growing these for a couple of seasons now, and the yield is incredible—each plant produces peppers that are truly huge and blocky. The thick, crisp flesh holds up beautifully in stir-fries, and the sweetness when fully yellow is a game-changer. Definitely my go-to for stuffing.

Three of these plants gave me more thick-walled peppers than I could use, and the flavor is noticeably sweeter once they fully turn yellow.
