Sliced one open for a salad last night and the pink and white spirals were absolutely gorgeous. The seeds sprouted reliably and the roots grew to a nice size without any fuss.

These seeds germinated quickly and the beets themselves are beautiful, with that vibrant pink and white spiral exactly as described. They added a fun, colorful crunch to our salads.

The spiral pattern really is as stunning as the photos promise—my salad looked almost too pretty to eat. Germination was a touch uneven in a couple of spots, but the ones that came up are thriving and the color payoff is worth the wait.
