The small leaves are surprisingly tender and pack that sweet-spicy kick I love in fresh basil. It’s stayed so compact in its pot that it hasn’t outgrown my tiny balcony shelf. Perfect for adding a quick garnish to almost any dish.

I’ve been snipping leaves for weeks and it keeps putting out fresh, spicy-sweet growth—the extended harvest period is no joke. The leaves are small but packed with that real basil punch, and the neat habit means it doesn’t take over my tiny balcony.

The compact growth is perfect for my tiny balcony, and I love how the leaves keep coming back for weeks of snipping. The sweet taste with that little spicy kick is exactly what I hoped for in a potted basil.
