越南薄荷

I planted this in a pot on my balcony and it's taken off like crazy, the leaves really do have that intense, peppery fragrance. It’s perfect for adding a punch to my spring rolls and soups.

The leaves have that perfect peppery kick I was hoping for, and it’s already putting out new growth in its pot. I’ve snipped a few sprigs for a stir-fry, and the intense fragrance filled the whole kitchen.

I was worried it would take over the garden, but keeping it in a pot has worked perfectly. The leaves have that unmistakable peppery kick I was hoping for in my summer rolls.
