These leaves are so much more textured and substantial than regular kale, they hold up beautifully in a long-simmered soup. I can't get over how much they look like tiny palm trees in the garden, definitely a conversation starter.

I’ve been growing these in my raised bed for a month now and they’re already looking like mini palm trees, just as described. The leaves are surprisingly tender for such dark, crinkly greens—perfect for sautéing with garlic. Definitely my new favorite kale variety.
