케일 '레드 러시안'

These purple-tinged leaves kept their texture perfectly after a quick steam, way better than the usual grocery store kale. The flavor was noticeably sweeter and less bitter in my morning smoothies too. Definitely earning a permanent spot in my garden rotation.

These leaves are truly tender even raw, with a subtle purple blush that looks beautiful in the salad bowl. They steamed up perfectly in just a few minutes and had a much sweeter, milder flavor than any other kale I’ve tried.

The blue-green leaves with that purple blush are even prettier than the pictures suggested. We steamed a batch last night and they were incredibly tender, just like the description said.
