Planted these in early fall and they've been thriving through the cold—the leaves keep regrowing after each cut, so I've had fresh greens for months. The mild mustard flavor is genuinely not bitter at all, even on the older leaves.

Even after a few light frosts, these leaves were still tender and sweet with no bitterness at all. The cut-and-come-again growth really does keep giving, which made winter salads far less boring.
