Planted these in early spring and by week six I was already cutting spoon-shaped leaves for salads—they're tender and mild raw. Steamed a batch of the older ones last night and the rich flavor really came through. Germination was nearly perfect, every seed took.

The spoon-shaped leaves are so tender in salads – I was surprised how much flavor they have for such a young green. Harvesting from week six means I’ve already gotten three good cuttings, and it’s still growing strong.

I've been picking leaves for three weeks now and they keep coming back—the spoon shape is perfect for salads. Steamed a few older ones last night and the flavor was richer than any spinach I've tried.
