アイスランドポピー パステルミックス

The slender stems on these poppies held up better than I expected through a windy week, and those cup-shaped blooms in soft yellow and white are such a cheerful mix. I’ve already got a second patch started from the leftover seeds.

The pastel color mix is exactly what I hoped for—those cup-shaped blooms in soft yellows and oranges popped up within a few weeks of sowing. The slender stems make them look so delicate in a vase, and they’ve been thriving in my garden bed without much fuss.

Planted these in late spring and the cup-shaped blooms in orange and white are already putting on a show — the delicate petals catch the light beautifully. Even the tufted basal leaves look tidy between flowers, which I didn’t expect.
