Pulled a bunch today and they're already sweeter than any shallot I've bought at the store. Perfect for my small balcony pots and they kept growing without any fuss.

Planted these in a couple of pots on the patio and they grew into lovely, sweet shallot-style bulbs without any fuss. They've stored well for weeks in the pantry, and the raw slices add a nice mild kick to salads. Exactly what I was hoping for from a small-space crop.
