These seeds sprouted quickly and the plants are already filling my garden with that unmistakable spicy aroma I love for homemade pizza. I’ve started harvesting the leaves just before the flowers set, and the flavor is perfect for drying.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well these oregano seeds germinated—almost every one sprouted within a week. The dried leaves added that authentic spicy kick to my homemade pizza sauce, just as described. I also left a few plants to flower, and the bees love them.
