The rosemary and thyme seeds sprouted within a week, which was faster than I expected. I've already got tiny seedlings on my windowsill ready to transplant.

I've already used the oregano in a pasta sauce and the thyme in a roast chicken, and the flavor is noticeably fresher than the dried stuff from the store. The variety pack gives me a solid mix of herbs I’ll actually cook with.

Threw some of the basil seeds in a pot on the windowsill and they were up in less than a week. The variety in this pack means I can have fresh herbs for cooking all season long.
