コーンフラワー 'ブラックボール'

These 'Black Ball' seeds germinated quickly and the deep, velvety blooms are even more dramatic than I hoped. They've held up beautifully through a few windy days and are already covered in buzzing bees.

Planted these in early spring and the deep maroon blooms are even richer in person than the photos suggested. They've been flowering nonstop for weeks now, and I've spotted plenty of bees visiting the garden.

The bees absolutely love these 'Black Ball' cornflowers—they’re covered in pollinators every afternoon. The deep, velvety petals make a striking contrast against the other pinks and whites in my garden. I’m already planning to sow another batch this spring.
