The cobs were a beautiful rich yellow and the stalks grew to about 1.5m just as described. Tasted like real sweet corn, not the bland supermarket kind.

Planted these in late spring and the flavor when picked fresh is exactly what sweet corn should be—rich and truly corny. The stalks grew to a manageable height, making them easy to tend without staking.

The 1.5m stalks held up beautifully even after a windy week, and each ear was a dense, rich yellow. Boiled for just a few minutes, that classic heirloom sweetness came through exactly as the description promised. I’ll be saving seed from these since it’s a true non-hybrid.
