ムギセンノウ 'パープル'

The tall willowy stems create such a lovely swaying effect in the breeze, and those bold cerise-pink flowers really pop against blue cornflowers. For something labeled one of the easiest wildflowers to grow, it definitely lived up to that promise in my garden.

Planted these in a sunny spot and they shot up fast—those tall stems are perfect for cutting. The color is exactly that bold cerise-pink shown, and they’ve been blooming nonstop for weeks.

The cerise-pink blooms on those willowy stems are a showstopper next to my blue cornflowers, exactly the mix I hoped for. They sprouted fast and needed almost no fussing, which makes them perfect for a lazy gardener like me.
