Carrot Heirloom Mix (10 Grams)

Pulled up a few of these carrots last week and the purple ones stayed vibrant even after roasting. The sweetness surprised me, much better than standard orange carrots from the grocery store.

I planted these in early spring and the purple ones held their color beautifully when I roasted them, which made the dinner plate look so vibrant. The mix gave me a real rainbow of carrots, each one surprisingly sweet and crisp straight from the garden.

The first few I pulled were a gorgeous deep purple, and they tasted noticeably sweeter than standard grocery store carrots. Even after roasting, that vibrant color held perfectly, which made the dish look as good as it tasted.
