ニンジン 'ブラックネビュラ'

The colour held up beautifully in my soup, it turned a gorgeous deep purple instead of fading. I’m really impressed with how easy these were to grow from seed, they didn’t need much fuss at all. The juice has a nice, earthy-sweet taste that reminds me of a mild carrot.

Just harvested my first batch and the color is incredible—deep purple with that white core just like the description said. Made some carrot soup last night and it kept its rich hue perfectly, which made the whole meal feel special. Definitely ordering more for next season.
