I wasn't sure how they'd look fresh off the bush, but after drying and shelling them, the contrast between the black and white beans is just as striking as the description promised. They’re a real conversation starter in the kitchen.

The dried beans are absolutely stunning—that black and white contrast looks exactly like the symbol. I’ve already saved a handful to plant next season, and the rest are a gorgeous addition to my pantry jars.

Dried a handful of these out of curiosity and the contrast of the black and white beans is even more striking than the photos suggest. They’re small but surprisingly satisfying to shell. A fun, unusual plant to grow just for the visual payoff.
