インゲン 'ブルーレイク' つるあり（有機）

I tried these in my raised beds this year and the yield was impressive—definitely lived up to its reputation as a reliable canning bean. The pods were easy to pick and the plants climbed vigorously with minimal fuss.

The pods stayed tender and stringless even after I let them get a bit larger than usual, which is exactly what I was hoping for with a canning variety. I harvested a solid two pounds from just a short row of trellis.

Planted these along a fence and they've already wrapped around the trellis—the climbing habit is exactly what I needed. I'm planning to can a batch this summer since they were bred for that, and the pods are straight and tender enough straight off the vine.
