ベビーリーフ プロヴァンスミックス

The aniseed notes from the chervil really come through in a way that's surprisingly subtle but complex. I tossed these with a simple vinaigrette and the peppery roquette balanced the sweet lettuce perfectly. A 20g packet goes a long way for my weekly lunch salads.

The 20g packet was plenty for my first attempt, and the aniseed kick from the chervil really stands out in salads. I've already sown a second batch to keep the mix going.

I’ve been using these seeds for a few weeks now and the chervil really brings that aniseed note to our salads. The mix grows quickly and the baby lettuce adds just the right bitter-sweet balance. Perfect for anyone who wants a little taste of Provence at home.
