櫛瓜 'Costata Romanesco'

The stripes on these zucchinis are just gorgeous, and the flavor is noticeably richer than standard green ones. I was happy to find they stay tender even after I got busy and left a few on the vine a bit too long.

These seeds sprouted quickly and the vines are incredibly vigorous. The grey-green stripes on the fruit are beautiful, and I love that I can leave them on the vine a bit longer without sacrificing flavor.

I was pleasantly surprised that even the oversized ones I missed picking were still tender and tasty. The grey-green stripes made them look beautiful in my garden.
