番茄 'Black Plum' (有機)

The germination rate on these heirloom seeds was fantastic—every single one sprouted. I'm really looking forward to the taste test this summer, knowing this variety has such a great history with the Diggers club.

I planted these in mid-spring and the seedlings are already pushing out deep, dusky fruit with a rich, complex flavor. The plants themselves are vigorous and have handled our unpredictable weather better than some hybrids I've tried.

The germination rate was excellent—every seed sprouted within a week. Now, four months later, my plants are loaded with those dusky, grape-sized fruits that the description promised.
