番茄 'Beam's Yellow Pear'（有機）

I’ve been growing these for two seasons now and the yield is incredible—each plant is loaded with those sweet little yellow pears. They hold up beautifully in salsa, just like the description promised.

My dad grew these back in the 80s, so finding the same organic seed stock here felt like a little time capsule. The vines are loaded with those classic yellow pear shapes, and they really do hold up well on the counter without turning mushy.

These little yellow pears are popping up all over my garden now, and I'm thrilled with how well they're preserving as I can them for winter. The plants are loaded with fruit and have that classic sweet tomato taste I was hoping for.
