百里香 '杜恩谷'

The lemon fragrance is exactly as described—every time I brush past it, the scent stops me in my tracks. It’s already forming that tight mat of tiny leaves in my herb bed, and those lavender pink flowers were a lovely surprise. This little plant pulls double duty as both garnish and ground cover.

I’ve had this thyme for a few weeks now and the lemon scent hits you every time you brush past it. The lavender pink flowers in summer are a nice bonus, and it’s already filling in nicely as a ground cover.

The lemon fragrance is even stronger than I expected when I brush past it—such a nice surprise. I've already used a few sprigs in a salad and the flavor is subtle but lovely. It's spreading nicely to fill in the gaps between my stepping stones.
