青蔥 'Evergreen Trident' (有機)

The bulbs are mild but flavorful, and the long green tops have been perfect for salads and stir-fries. I've already harvested a few and they're regrowing nicely.

Planted these just three weeks ago and already snipping the mild bulbs for salads. The organic seeds sprouted fast and healthy in my raised bed.

The hollow green leaves held up beautifully in salads for weeks, and the mild bulbs gave just the right onion kick without overpowering. Even with my spotty watering schedule, they came up thick and stayed crisp.
