菠菜 '布魯姆斯代爾'（有機）

The crinkled leaves have a fantastic texture and the plants stayed compact even in my small raised bed. Harvested a solid three weeks before my regular spinach started bolting.

I planted these in early spring and they germinated in just about a week. The compact plants are perfect for my small raised bed, and the crinkled leaves are tender enough for salads.

The crinkled leaves on these are beautifully thick, and they bolted much later than my usual spinach varieties. I'm already harvesting for salads and it tastes wonderfully mild.
