鼠尾草 '海洋藍'

The grey-green foliage is such a nice backdrop for those vivid blue blooms, and it's been flowering non-stop since early summer in my pot.

Planted this in a sunny border and it’s been a steady bloomer all summer, with those blue flowers sitting neatly above the grey-green foliage. It’s compact enough that I haven’t had to stake it once, which is a relief compared to other salvias I’ve grown.

The contrast between those ultra-marine blooms and the bluey-grey foliage is even more striking in person than I expected. It's settled into a tidy, compact shape without any fussing, and it's been flowering steadily since early summer.
