Planted these in a sunny spot and the seeds germinated faster than I expected. The tart stalks are already perfect for balancing the sweetness in my strawberry rhubarb pies.

Started the seeds indoors and they sprouted within a week—the germination rate was fantastic. Already seeing strong, thick stems, and I can't wait to use the tart stalks to balance out some sweet strawberry jam later this summer.

I threw these seeds in a pot on the back porch, and within a couple weeks I had strong little seedlings coming up. The tart flavor is perfect for cutting through the sweetness of strawberries in a crisp. I’m already dreaming of my first rhubarb pie from this patch.
