南瓜 '小不點'

I love how small these pumpkins are—my kids were so excited to grow them themselves. Roasting them whole brought out a sweet, golden flesh that was surprisingly delicious for such tiny gourds. Perfect for a fun fall project.

These little pumpkins were perfect for fall decorating on my dining table, holding up beautifully for over two weeks. I roasted a few whole and was surprised by how sweet and tender the golden flesh turned out.
