南瓜 '昆士蘭藍'

I was a bit worried about our clay soil, but these Queensland Blue seeds took off without any fuss. The flesh really is noticeably drier than other pumpkins I've grown, perfect for roasting. Already harvested a decent crop and saved seeds for next season.

Planted these in a raised bed in Brisbane and the vines took off like crazy. The flesh was noticeably drier than a Jarrahdale, which made roasting it a breeze. Definitely a good choice for humid climates.

Tried these in heavy clay and they’re thriving—the drier flesh makes for perfect roasting without going mushy. Already harvesting more than I expected from a few seeds.
