南瓜 '卡凱'（有機）

I love that these are hull-less—just scoop, rinse, and roast for an instant snack. The compact vines fit perfectly in my small garden with 1m spacing, and I got four solid pumpkins in 18 weeks.

Roasted the seeds from my first harvest last night and they turned out perfectly crunchy without any hulls to pick out. Even with five fruit per vine, the plants stayed neat and didn't take over my garden bed.

These vines really do stay compact, so a 1m spacing was plenty for my small garden. Just harvested my fifth fruit and the seeds came out perfectly hull-less for roasting.
