I was surprised how quickly this plum tree established itself after planting. The fruit's golden flesh was incredibly sweet and the skin turned a perfect deep purple before we picked it.

The first fruit just ripened to that deep purple color and it was exactly as described — juicy golden flesh that really did run down my chin. Even my neighbor, who’s picky about plums, asked for a cutting.

Planted this last spring and was amazed at how quickly it established itself. The fruit was exactly as described — super juicy with a beautiful golden flesh that practically falls off the pit. Can't wait for a bigger harvest next year.
