The seedlings grew sturdy and true to type, with tender leaves that have a delicate mint-basil aroma. I've been snipping them into my miso soup and rice bowls for a fresh, authentic flavor lift.

The seeds germinated quickly and the seedlings have that lovely mix of mint and basil scent even before the leaves are full size. I've already used a few small leaves to garnish a rice bowl, and the flavor is exactly what I hoped for.

These seeds sprouted incredibly fast, and the leaves have that perfect mild mint-basil taste. I’ve already used them in a few noodle dishes and they give such a fresh lift.
