百香果 '紫'

I planted this vine by a chain-link fence last spring and by August the whole thing was covered with glossy green leaves and those big purple flowers. The fruits are tart but delicious, and it's amazing how fast one plant can transform an ugly spot.

The glossy leaves popped up within a week, and now the vine is already scrambling up my trellis. Can't wait for those big flowers and actual passionfruit to show up.

I've had this vine for about three months and the leaves are already glossy and lush, just as described. It filled in a bare fence section faster than I expected, and I'm seeing flower buds form. Can't wait for the first fruit.
