The seeds arrived looking plump and healthy, and they've been a reliable source of fresh, iron-rich leaves for my kitchen garden. I love how the curly texture holds onto dressing without wilting.

These seeds sprouted faster than I expected, and the curly leaves are so dense and vibrant that a single plant adds plenty of color to a salad. It’s great knowing they’re packed with iron too, so garnishing feels a bit more nutritious.

I’ve been adding these 'Curlina' leaves to my salads and the colour and flavour are fantastic. They sprouted quickly in a small pot on my windowsill. The iron content is a nice bonus for my meals.
