小白菜（青江菜）

These sprouted within a week in my raised bed, and the leaves have that crisp, slightly peppery bite that makes stir-fries taste restaurant-quality. Already harvested two batches and they just keep coming back.

I’ve been growing these in my backyard for a few weeks now and they’re already forming tight, healthy heads. The seeds were easy to sow and sprouted consistently, which made starting my mini garden feel effortless.

These germinated fast, which I wasn't expecting from a seed packet. The seedlings are sturdy and already have those thick, white stalks. Can't wait to harvest some for a stir-fry.
