奧勒岡 'Zaatar'

I've been using this in my falafel and baba ganoush, and the flavor is exactly what I was hoping for—authentic and robust. The plant arrived healthy and has been thriving in a sunny spot on my windowsill.

I used a few sprigs in my falafel mix last night and the flavor was incredible—much more intense than standard oregano. The plant arrived healthy and already quite bushy, so I can already harvest more.

This zaatar oregano has such a strong, distinct scent that it immediately filled my kitchen when I opened the pack. I’m already using it fresh in my falafel mix, exactly as described for Mediterranean dishes.
