橙子 '奇諾托'

I've been growing this in a large pot on my patio, and the thornless branches make it so much easier to maintain than my other citrus. The glossy leaves and bright fruit give it a really decorative look, and the fruit itself has that classic bitter Chinotto flavor I remember from Italy. Already harv

Grafted onto sturdy rootstock, my Chinotto arrived healthy and has already put out new growth in its large pot. The thornless branches are a relief for harvesting the bumpy, fragrant fruit, which makes a wonderfully bitter cordial.

Planted it in a large pot as suggested, and the thornless branches make handling easy. The leaves have a nice myrtle-like look, though I was hoping for more fruit in the first season. Still a good decorative citrus overall.
