These bulbs came out huge and flat just like described, and the layers are so crisp they almost snap. Wished I'd planted twice as many once I tasted how sweet they get on the grill.

Juicy is the word—I sliced one for burgers and the layers stayed crisp and sweet even after a quick grill, exactly what the description promised. The flat, round shape made them easy to chop for a big batch of barbecue toppings.

Planted these in early spring and the bulbs came up huge and flat just as described. The layers really are succulent and juicy, and they tasted incredible sliced raw on burgers. Going to grow these every year.
