金蓮花 '金絲雀蔓'

Planted these in early spring and they're already climbing with those distinctive yellow blossoms that match the description perfectly. The historical connection to Peru and Ecuador makes them feel special in my garden.

The canary yellow blooms on these have been absolutely stunning, and they've handled our cooler coastal nights way better than my regular nasturtiums ever did. Seeing them climb up my trellis just reminds me of those old botanical illustrations from the 1800s.
